A complimentary trip, drinks or other insider benefits are not automatically triggered by an application or group chat. They are confirmed only in a written leader agreement and tied to the final number of confirmed, fully paid travellers.
- Snowbreak Leaders must be 18+.
- The Leader clearly tells the group that they may receive an organising benefit.
- The group pays the normal price; no surcharge funds a Leader benefit.
- No trip is presented as officially endorsed by a university or company without written permission.
- The program rewards organising your own group—not recruiting other leaders.

Who can become a Snowbreak Leader?+
Someone aged 18+ with genuine access to a university, Erasmus community, club, team or other community and a realistic ability to bring together around 20–25+ travellers.
Is a complimentary trip automatic?+
No. Any benefit is activated only through a written leader agreement and depends on the final number of confirmed, fully paid travellers.
Does the Leader handle bookings or money?+
No. Snowbreak handles real enquiries, written confirmations and payments. The Leader organises and communicates with their own community.
Can a trip be presented as university-endorsed?+
Only with the institution’s required written permission. Otherwise it is presented as an independent group trip.
