Data controller
Snowbreak.gr is operated by Marketing Structure LLC, which is responsible for personal data collected through this website. For access, correction, deletion or another privacy question, use the dedicated private request form. The submitted details are used only to handle and answer that request.
What we collect
When you submit a travel enquiry, we collect the details you provide, including name, email, optional mobile number, pickup city, dates, traveller count, hotel and trip preferences, and notes. We may also record the landing page, referrer and campaign parameters such as UTMs or fbclid.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer the enquiry, check availability and prepare the travel option you requested. Marketing updates are sent only when you separately opt in.
Optional Meta measurement
The Meta Pixel loads only after you select “Accept measurement”. It then records page views and a Lead event after a form is successfully stored. The website event does not include your name, email, mobile number or free-text enquiry, and automatic advanced matching is disabled. You can reopen your choice through the “Απόρρητο” button.
Providers
The website and forms are hosted by Netlify. Optional advertising measurement is provided by Meta. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and rights
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond, organise the requested trip and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent through the privacy request form. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
